I have no words to describe the service and cleanliness of Los Aluxes. After having a nightmare at another hotel, (which by the way I lost a ton of money but will report it for giving misleading information) I was able to quickly book Hotel Los Aluxes and within a fe minutes and a call to the hotel they welcome us and made us feel at home! We are so glad we found this pet-friendly hotel 5 blocks from the tourist center. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and very quiet. We could sit with our dog on the terrace and have breakfast. Will definitely use again.

Nice place to stay

The stay was nice, location perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was ok nothing special (Americana breakfast review only). If you stay there be careful when laying down your head as a cement decorative ridge is perfect to hit the back of your head on. I have an egg on my head from doing that twice. The personnel ere all very kind. Overall nice place to stay.
