The place is in Paseo Montejo which is good but because of the lounge at the front of the Hotel, it gets a little noisy at night. The Staff was good and the room, the cleanliness of the room (the floor in particular), was not so good.

We stayed for one night. We arrived in heavy downpour and requested to have a room not on the ground floor as the front door rooms are immediately accessible from the main street. Pool quite small and only one small bottle of water provided. Breakfast is at cafe next door which was nice. The main downside is the parking is not attached to the property so if arriving with lots of luggage or at night it isn't convenient. Very average.

The place is well located, the room smelled soo bad in the bathroom from the floor drainage, the sofa had multiple stains, one there was no hot water in the shower and 2 out of 4 nights we were the the pool (if it can be called that because it was pretty small) was closed one day for maintenance and one day for cleaning. The parking was ok but not on the place, a block and a half away. There was practically no lobby or common areas, Overall was ok for just go crashing at night but feels more like motel/loft than a hotel as advertised

Room was very nice. The front desk staff most fairly young, mostly engaged on their cell phones but, courteous when they acknowledged my presence. Just don't lose your cell phone. Their in room phones are only to call reception. Outgoing calls apparently for emergency only must be made at reception.
