This hotel is very central, for the price it’s in an excellent location. Comfortable bed, attentive staff. Note that the bar next door plays loud music most nights till quite late, didn’t bother me as I’m a heavy sleeper but if you’re a light sleeper this may be an issue. Had problems with the toilet however when I raised with staff they were quick to fix.

Great hotel

Excellent hotel for price. Clean rooms and well appointed. The courtyard swimming pool area is a great place to hangout right outside the room. I stayed at 4 hotels during this visit and this is the best. It is located a half block from Santa Lucia park and 3 blocks from Gran Plaza

I stayed here for three weeks, and it is a great hotel. It is located just a couple of blocks from the central plaza of Merida, and there are tons of eating, shopping, and studying options nearby. The rooms are clean and the wifi is strong. Most importantly, all of the staff were very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this excellent hotel!!!

Place looks gorgeous from the lobby. Room was solid. Staff was extremely nice. If you are super sensitive to noise and trying to go to sleep early I wouldn’t go on a weekend but otherwise solid value!
