Lo que está super mal es que el agua de las regaderas cambia de temperatura sola, de frío helado a calor quemante TODO el tiempo, no se sitúa en donde la colocas. Muy incómodo. Por otro lado, la tele tiene pocos canales y pésimos!!!! y no se pueden poner tus plataformas . Staff super increíble y las instalaciones muy bien. Como es un hotel recoen abierto en noviembre aun les falta petsonal para atender, habia cupo lleno y hubo problemas con el agua fria en la regadera, el salon de desayuno bufete es muy pequeño, aunado a esto habia congreso local con deaayuno incluido asi que empeoro el espacio y servicio. Tiene buena hubicacion esta cerca de galerias, del centro si esta retirado. Ojala mejore todos estos detalles
