El registro fue fácil y agradable. Todo el primer piso alrededor de la piscina parecía estar en obras. Me decepcionó la habitación, la cama era bonita, pero no había otros muebles en la habitación para sentarse.

Las fotos de las habitaciones están mal colocadas, aquí aparece una habitación con un precio y llegado al hotel nos dieron otro cuarto y si queríamos cambiarlo por el que había reservado nos cobraban más y la respuesta del hotel fue que era una error de la aplicación y no podían respetarnos con el cuarto que hicimos la reservación

El hotel en si esta bien, bastante decente, pero el servicio no es muy bueno, cuando llegamos no tenian ni la habitacion lista, nos cambiaron por una que supuestamente estaba preparada pero no habia papel higienico ni toallas, y tuvimos que volver a pedirlas para que por fin las trajeran ya que nos dijeron que esperaramos pero nunca llegaron... Parecia que no sabian lo que hacian o simplemente no estaban preparados para tener clientes... Lo positivo es que las camas son comodas y hay agua caliente, No hay tv de cable como dice el anuncio y las habitaciones son mas pequeñas que en las fotos... no tenia frigibar tampoco

Bien en general, 7.5/10. Las sabanas de las camas de las habitaciones podrian ser reemplazadas ya que se observan deterioradas un poco por el uso. Los closet deberian ubicarse en la habitación y no en el baño. No funcionaba el servicio de television por cable.

Sinceramente tenían muy sucio todo para toda la situación que estamos viviendo ahora, los muebles De recepción y áreas comunes estaban sucios, hubo gente que dejó basura y ahí estuvo 3 días. Las cortinas permiten que pase toda la luz a la habitación. Es muy dificil encontrar a alguien en recepción ya que para aclarar una duda no encuentre a nadie. Si está bien ubicado pero la higiene es algo IMPORTANTE que tienen que mejorar.

Bonitas instalaciones , son nuevas por lo que se ve , buena ubicación , hizo falta una mesa de servicio al interior de la habitación y mejor ubicación de la TV . Follaje de la palmera dificulta el acceso a la habitación 202 que es la que nos asignaron . Hace falta una mejor actitud y/o disposición de servicio por parte del recepcionista porque a todas nuestras peticiones nos dijo que no se podía ( almohada adicional , cobertor , cambio de habitación porque la cama era matrimonial y yo solicité king size ) . Limpieza del cuarto y en general bien . No niego que voy a regresar con la esperanza de mejoras .
