Everyone was very friendly to include staff and other guests. The rooms were pretty spacious for the price. The property was well maintained. The only feedback I would say as a con is the bed wasnt very comfortable. Other than that it was great.

The good: easy self parking and a pool. Close to Clinica de Mérida, and walking distance to Oxxo, Subway, and a pharmacy. The bad: no elevator access to rooms with king size beds.

Beds quite hard and pillows were like rocks . Only a sheet on the bed (no blanket ) . It was quite cold with AC . Had to turn it off during the night a few times but then back on as it would get too hot .

Bueno pero podrían mejorar

Estaba muy muy limpio eso fue lo que nos encantó, nos gustaría sugerir que pudieran plancha de ropa y secadora de cabello en las habitaciones y también que especifiquen que el desayuno que ofrecen con la reservación termina a las 11 y no a la 1pm como tienen anunciado en el hotel
