The room was clean, however the bathroom could have been better. The last at the reception on 28th Nov morning was horrible. She was just so upset about every little thing. Not at all cordial. Breakfast did not have a lot of veg options except for bread and oats. Fruits were not refilled. Muffins were gone and not refilled. Coffee was bad and the half and half was kept at a place where one cannot see. I don't recommend this place at Meridien . Will leave a Google review too!!! Finally they didn't give me a receipt on paper like how I got it at Memphis Tru by Hilton. Very disappointing!!

Room #100 was assugned to us. It was at the end of the hallway , there was a exit door there. It was constantly being used. The door shook the wall where the tv was. Heard it late at night before we could sleep and woke us up both mornings.

It was cute little concept hotel that I liked overall, but there were some things that needed repairs immediately. For example, there was no flip lock on my daughter’s door. It was either removed or broke off. In our room the curtains were broken.
