Located within walking distance to Merimbula¿s CBD is this 3 bedroom plus downstairs granny flat, completely renovated and perfect for the whole family. There is no need to stress about leaving your beloved pets at home as you can bring them along with you! Only 3 minutes walk to the tennis courts, 5 minutes to Club Sapphire, the supermarket, cafes, cinema, restaurants and retail shops.

Upstairs features sleeping arrangements for 6 comprising:
Bedroom 1 : Queen
Bedroom 2 : Double
Bedroom 3 : Single bunks

There is a large & modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave, bathroom including bath and 2 toilets, dining table for 6, TV & DVD player & laundry with washing machine. It features open plan living with timber flooring providing plenty of space for the adults.

Granty¿s House has ample off street parking including space for a boat with drive though access to the back yard. A balcony provides a sunny spot to sit & relax with an outdoor setting & bbq and there is wheelchair access to the top level of the home via a ramp.

Downstairs:

There is the option to book the downstairs section of the house which has another queen bed, a single bed and extra bathroom.

We welcome pets to the outside only but please note that the property is NOT fenced.

Linen is included and there are no additional booking fees.

**** Please note that the price is based on renting the whole house. There is an option during the year to only rent the upstairs section of the house which has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
