Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The place is gross . The employees have bad customer service. There was vomit on the walls and window coverings. The pool was freezing definitely need some work. The hallways have mold in the ceiling . My room had huge holes in the wall. Breakfast was horrible. Nothing was good about this hotel. Bed was itchy and dirty.

First, the good. The front desk workers were great! Very friendly and helpful, perfect front facing people. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Now for the bad. The first room we were given was freezing. The heat would not turn on. We waited about five or so minutes to see if it would heat up, it didn’t. The lady in the front desk was very nice about finding us another room. The halls were covered in bleach stains everywhere. The second room was perfectly comfortable, however, the toilet would not flush. There was a plunger in the bathroom that did nothing to help. By the time we realized this issue, we were entirely too exhausted to deal with getting yet another room. It’s just a good thing neither of us really had to use the bathroom.

There was no heat in the first two rooms we were given and the last room took hours to warm up. We had to sleep in our coats. The sheets in the first room were dirty and it appeared as if the shower had not been cleaned.

EVERYTHING from the moment we checked in! The front desk staff woman was extremely rude. When we got to our room and started to get settled,the main light in the room (right when you walk in the door), as soon as we turned it on it was like a disco flickering light NONSTOP, plus the entire light cover was FILLED WITH TONS OF DEAD BUGS.Next, we tried to turn the TV on, it would not turn on at all.Next, we went to turn the heater on, and as soon as we started it there was a disgusting smell, and upon looking closer the ENTIRE vent was COVERED IN MOLD!So we immediately turned the heat off and dealt with the 15° night that night.I then went to use the restroom and first of all they left us ONE BODT TOWEL, ONE WASHCLOTH, ZERO HAND TOWELS, AND A HALF USED ROLL OF TOILET PAPER WITH NO EXTRA ROLLS! I had only used the bathroom to urinate, did not use much toilet paper, because we didn’t have much to begin with…and upon flushing the toilet it overflowed all over the floor! There was a plunger next to the toilet, so my husband attempted to plunge the toilet, and to no avail the water was all over the bathroom floor! So we used THE ONE BODY TOWEL AND ONE WASHCLOTH TO CLEAN UP THE OVERFLOW FROM THE TOILET! At this point my husband and I are beyond disgusted/livid.We head downstairs to the front desk, non working remote in hand, and we had taken pictures and videos of all issues explained above. There is so much more but no more room. I contacted the hotel. I definitely want a refund!!!

Pool and fitness were 'down' - the 2 things i look for when i travel. Took 3 tries for staff to give correct internet code. Housekeeping never came to my room the entire stay.

This is an independently owned and operated location. Find somewhere else to stay or if it's warm enough you'll be more comfortable sleeping in your car or RV. Dirty towels and clean-ish sheets. Decor is dated and building and facilities are not well maintained. I did try the pool area for health reasons since dirty room can't equal clean pool. I'll take responsibility for this since I failed to read reviews.

We were shifted three times to different room due air conditioning and the room we got has no bulbs and toilet door was broken and the lady on counter she was yelling at me for no reason taking her bad day on me and my friend when we told her the problem no one has right to yell it’s pathetic service and people they charged me too $50 more for checkout, I paid what ever she asked but no one has right to yell it was too loud like I was her servant

We had to get moved twice! The first room was filthy, the toilet was broken and clogged up with urine in it. The second room had no heat and it was 32 degrees outside. The pool was freezing. The only good thing was the front desk agent who went above and beyond to make sure we got into a room we could sleep in.
