The bathroom door was broken and when we complained the women the front was so rude and she told us the lobby washroom she dnt have a time to deal with anything right now. P.S: the door was NEVER FIXED!

The room was so bad ,roof had water stains ,heater did not work at all, curtains all dusty ,coffee mashine doesn't work ,fridge doesn't give cooking,bathroom doesn't have bath tum we booked the room with bath tub ,lamp doesn't have cover ,they said they would provide extra blanket but still didn't receive one .really bad service of all time .

Bed had bed bugs and the breakfast was horrible, the bread was also hard. I am out here for business and always book hotels with complimentary breakfast and this was by far the worst hotel by Wyndham I have ever stayed at and Wyndham hotels are always usually great. Big disappointment!

Pool needs to be updated, breakfast could use some more options as far as protein goes, bigger towels for guests possibly some newer wash cloths, clean linens on the beds, my sheets had yellow and pink stains at the top of the bed so I had to purchase bedding while there just to sleep comfortably.

I arrived on Thursday to a dirty room with no towels. I finally was annoying enough to get towels Saturday morning for check out. I was nearly assaulted by some crackhead who ACTUALLY CLIMBED OUT OF HIS WINDOW TO COME AFTER ME. Front desk refused to call the police. If I could give negative stars i would. Ghetto as hell.

Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The place is gross . The employees have bad customer service. There was vomit on the walls and window coverings. The pool was freezing definitely need some work. The hallways have mold in the ceiling . My room had huge holes in the wall. Breakfast was horrible. Nothing was good about this hotel. Bed was itchy and dirty.

First, the good. The front desk workers were great! Very friendly and helpful, perfect front facing people. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Now for the bad. The first room we were given was freezing. The heat would not turn on. We waited about five or so minutes to see if it would heat up, it didn’t. The lady in the front desk was very nice about finding us another room. The halls were covered in bleach stains everywhere. The second room was perfectly comfortable, however, the toilet would not flush. There was a plunger in the bathroom that did nothing to help. By the time we realized this issue, we were entirely too exhausted to deal with getting yet another room. It’s just a good thing neither of us really had to use the bathroom.

There was no heat in the first two rooms we were given and the last room took hours to warm up. We had to sleep in our coats. The sheets in the first room were dirty and it appeared as if the shower had not been cleaned.
