Finished in popular colours and fitted with zinc counters throughout. 10 minutes walk to many amenities while enjoying the peace and quiet of life Merritt style! Lounge on the front porch and take in the views across the valley or shelter on the back deck in the shade and complete privacy.
Property is new with forced air heat, air conditioning and HRV system. Windows and doors stay closed to maintain clean air quality. We strive to offer a ‘clean air’ home free of allergens. Windows and doors are kept closed and specifically ‘No pets allowed’. No exceptions! $500 fine as the dander removal and vent cleaning is expensive.
Home is very comfortable with lots of gathering space and sitting areas. Dining for 8.
Parking for 2 in the driveway with more on the street.
