The master bedroom has a hidden 65 inch TV that rises out of a motorized cabinet. The master bathroom has a Jaccuzzi bath tub and panoramic water views.
The lower level has two oversized bedrooms and a full bath, plus an enormous Game Room and Home Theater. One bedroom also has a hidden TV that rises out of a motorized cabinet. The home theater includes a 65 inch TV, plus a 12-foot motorized movie projector screen, and reclining seating for 12, and surround sound theater sound system. There's also an eight-foot slate pool table, and a poker table that seats 6 persons, with built in poker chip bins. There's also a wet bar with wine cooler and ice-maker.
There's a 100-foot dock on the Intra-Coastal Waterway and 200 feet of waterfront shoreline. You can swim, kayak, snorkel, or fish off the private dock. Observe the constant passing of boats from every room in the house. Enjoy panoramic views and gorgeous sunsets from the deck.
