The 25m² apartment renovated in spring 2016 includes a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a cot if needed. An open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a balcony overlooking the very sunny square in the morning. The apartment is located in the beach area 100m from the sea. Mers les Bains beach is made up of pebbles at high tide and a magnificent stretch of sand at low tide. The beach is monitored by the SNSM and a diving board at sea is accessible in high season. All parking spaces are free in Mers-les-Bains.
Bed linen and towels are included.
A deposit of 350 € will be requested as well as a deposit of 30 € for cleaning.

Appatement situé au 2ème étage à 100m de la mer.Tres propre et bien équipé pour 2 adultes.

Mme Gest nous a très bien accueilli .tout était prêt à notre arrivée. Emplacement idéal pour profiter de la mer et visiter la baie de Somme et ses alentours. Nous recommandons cette location.

Hormis le passage incessant des motos très tôt le matin et jusqu'à très tard le soir., le séjour c'est bien passé . L'appartement comprené tous le nécessaire pour le nettoyage et la cuisine. Proche tous commerces et restaurants avec un très beau temps. Propriétaires sympathiques Pas de regrets sur la location

L'appartement est super bien situé dans le centre de Mers Les Bains et proche de la plage, très propre, moderne et très bien équipé ; la literie est parfaite et de tout confort. Les photos que l'on peut voir sur internet quand on souhaite réserver reflètent parfaitement le lieu. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants pour tout expliquer lors de la remise des clés. Je recommande sans problème cette location.
