Fantastic stay

The property exterior was very attractive, as was the apartment which was extremely well looked after, very clean with plenty of amenities, although we didn’t use many as we ate out, except for breakfast. The sea view was lovely, and the area was very quiet. The owner (Mme Macre)sent a contract to sign (in French, but we managed to read it with a bit of help from our son in law), which did mention something about bed linen, but as I wasn’t exactly sure what it meant we took a duvet set and sheet, as well as towels - which was lucky as they weren’t provided. Mme Macre was charming and although she didn’t speak much English and our French wasn’t very good, we managed to understand each other. Overall, it was a great stay, Mers-le-Bains is a very interesting and attractive seaside town.
