Very nice and clean hotel. U can park outside, unfortunatelyit was full when we arrive but they also has underground parking places. Breakfast was also good. Room was clean and there was litle cancy waiting for us also. Food in the restaurant was very good and tasty.

I stayed in this hotel during 15 days. It was extremely hot in my room. There’s no air conditioning. If I opened the windows at night then the noise from the street and the hotel bar would wake me up. I asked at the reception to change my room but they refused, so I moved to the Radisson hotel instead. The room was ok but the toilet needs to be properly cleaned. The location was ok.

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch ok. Bad sauber. Fenster können nicht auf Kipp gestellt werden. Es stand ein Ventilator bereit. Pool zu kalt und alle Funktionen/Düsen waren abgeschaltet. Frühstück war gut. Am Abend an der Bar wenig Auswahl. Rezeption beim Check-in sehr freundlich. Die Dame die am Vormittag Dienst hatte allerdings nicht sehr hilfsbereit.

Super fint hotel med alt hvad man næsten kan ønske, dog mangler aircondition men der var en blæser. Handklæder, morgenkåbe, futter fik man automatisk. Der var ekstra håndklæder til at bruge ved poolen.. Pakering både i kælder og udenfor.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht zur Durchreise in Hotel. An sich war alles in Ordnung, was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war OK wenn auch vielleicht für den Aufpreis nicht all zu üppig.

Was heisst eigendlich Hundezimmer ? 14 Euro pro Tag nur für Schlafen über Nacht ist viel Geld , gerade wenn man 10 Tage bleibt.... Ja, und unsere Biggi ,auch durch das heisse Wetter gestresst , macht ein kleines Häufchen ganz versteckt hinter einen Stuhl....was wir bei Abreise nicht gesehen haben....Jetzt kommt seitens des Hotels eine e-mail mit einer Rechnung über 250 Euro !!! 1 Tag Sperrung des Zimmers (Ausfall ) Teppichreinigung 1qm 4 Spritzer an der Wand.... 140 Euro für 10 Tage...sollte man so ein kleines Malheur mit Kulanz oder 50 Euro Reinigung als erledigt..eigendlich ansehen ? Besser Hundezimmer nicht mehr mit Teppich auslegen oder wird jedesmal das Zimmer Desinfiziert , damit die Hunde nicht den Vorgänger riechen ... Wir bezahlen die Rechnung und meiden diese Hotel

Zu den Merseburger Schloßfestspielen gerne wieder

Freundlicher Service, Frühstück war bei Vollbelegung am Wochenende besser als am Montag aber immer noch reichhaltig. Leider nur ein Kaffeeautomat so dass man länger warten musste, ein zweiter wäre besser.
