New hotel. Was very nice. The only thing I’d say was interesting is you couldn’t leave the AC on all the time like constant air flow which I need to sleep. I was visiting and had family in the area who had a fan. Other than that the other 2 nights were fantastic. Didn’t need the extra fan and room service cleaned out room in the second day. If I come back I’ll probably stay again!

The room was very clean, the water got hot fast, and the toilet flushed—so yes, the basics of civilization were present. Now for the rest. We walked in and were immediately greeted by beds made out of literal sheets of plywood, with the blankets and sheets neatly folded on top… because apparently guests are now responsible for making their own beds. There were no chairs, so if you wanted to sit, relax, or exist in any way that didn’t involve lying down, too bad. The mattresses were about as forgiving as the plywood underneath them, and the pillows were equally awful. Sleeping here felt less like a resort experience and more like an endurance challenge. The thermostat had exactly two moods: arctic tundra or surface-of-the-sun, with no comfortable setting and no option to turn it off. No fridge. No microwave. The ice machine was broken, and one of the only two elevators in the entire building was out of order. The room layout was awkward and crowded thanks to the bizarre bed placement, and the overall vibe screamed “we gave up halfway through.” I still cannot get over walking into what is advertised as a resort and seeing plywood beds. If this is a resort, it’s definitely a last resort.

Resort was undergoing construction, no installation halls, elevators and throughout the entire building. Not to mention the 153 10 to 13 Utah soccer kids running wild beating on all the doors all night. Under staff and totally overwhelmed as we all were. The hotel had no security. The weekend destroyed as well as the resort.

Great customer service. Easy check in and check out. Room was spotless. A lot of construction going on, however it is a work in progress and will be great to see when it is finished. Temporarily had an issue with the elevator, stairs were fine. Elevator was slow once it was working again. Would return when we travel again.

The property is going through some renovations after HI got it. They’re doing a great job though and it was a good stay. The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent. I prepaid the breakfast fee of like $4 and it was well worth it. Staff were very friendly. We’ll definitely be back.
