The bed mattress was terrible! I felt like I was sleeping in a hole! It needs a new mattress. I stay at Holiday Inn express almost exclusively. I was very disappointed with this one.

Our room was horribly musty and damp and smelled dreadful. Everywhere we went felt like we were walking lopsided and everything was uneven. The outside was unkept around the edges. The staff member was very kind, though, and addressed the tv and ac issue right away.
