Comme nos clients, nous lisons avec attention vos commentaire, même si le vôtre reste anonyme… Vous y notez notre accueil, sans préciser qu’après de multiples appels, vous êtes arrivé dans notre établissement (un dimanche) largement plus d’une heure avant l’horaire que vous nous aviez vous-même indiqué, et largement hors des horaires mentionnés sur le site de réservation. Vous n’avez pas non plus respecté (et de loin) l’heure que vous nous aviez indiquée pour votre départ. Nous sommes malgré tout resté courtois, et avons répondu à toutes vos questions et attentes. Nous vous avons accompagné vers votre « chambrée », où nous n’avons, ensemble, constaté aucune « mal odorisation » … que vous n’auriez alors pas manqué de nous faire remarquer. Si cela avait été le cas, nous vous aurions immédiatement déplacé vers une autre chambre, sans le moindre frais, évidemment. Tenant compte de ce commentaire, j’ai malgré tout revisité spécialement toutes nos chambres pour m’assurer que tout était en ordre, notamment du point de vue sanitaire, parce qu’il est pour nous inconcevable de laisser imaginer un instant que nos chambres ne soient pas en état de recevoir nos clients dans les meilleures conditions. Enfin, je note avec plaisir que notre parking vous a particulièrement plût, et que vous avez été satisfait par notre cuisine et par la terrasse, même si cela ne faisait pas directement partie de la prestation que nous vous proposions.
