Need key 2 get into the hotel when u arrive. They have a phone 2 call the front desk, but nobody answered.
Somewhat secure because u have 2 use a card 2 get into the lobby & from the lobby into the rooms/elevator area. However, the doors remain open for a period of time that allows others 2 come & go freely until they close again. This is how we entered when we arrived. Simply followed someone into the lobby because the front desk was not answering the phone for the front door. :/
Rooms are not cleaned daily. Oh we don't clean daily. We question the quality of any cleaning as the sheets were gray vs white, the towels were gray vs white. The kitchen counter had residual food stuck on it.
As for cleaning (maid service), they don't come in & make the beds & maybe take out the trash or bring fresh towels.
We had 2 go 2 the front desk on day 2 w/our used/dirty towels & exchange them for new. We had 2 request extra toilet paper.
They only provided 1 roll of tp for 3 adults when we arrived.
They only provided 2 bath towels for 3 adults when we arrived.
They only provided 1 hand towel for 3 adults when we arrived.
They provided 1 bar of soap for 3 adults when we arrived.
They provided 2 little shampoo bottles for 3 adults when we arrived.
Floors were dusty/dirty. Needed mopped. Never saw a mop anywhere in the hotel during our stay.
The refrigerator was dripping/leaking water inside onto the top shelf - leaked onto our food stored inside & soaked it.
All in all not a good stay.
