Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have heater room was dirty. The AC was in working properly. It was turning on the room was cold. Due to the air condition was not turning off. No Hot Water to shower.

I didnt like too much the shower area. It seems old and the tile grout keep coming off it.looks like was dirty I like staying at this hotel, quick checking inn and out, staff pretty friendly, helpful, resourceful, always asking the right questions to make me feel comfortable.

In the winter time, the front staff need to inform guests which rooms have heat. Our room on the 2nd floor didn’t have heat. The front desk offered to move us or provide a small space heater. We moved to another room that had heat. It would have been nice to know what options were available.
