Welcome to our cozy apartment in the vibrant Roma Norte neighborhood! This modern and comfortable space is perfect for up to 4 guests, ideal for couples, friends or families who want to enjoy all that this emblematic area of Mexico City has to offer.



The Space:

The apartment has 2 well-equipped bedrooms, each with its own little terrace, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or relax at the end of the day. The beds are designed for your rest and comfort: one king size and two singles that can be joined to form another king if you prefer. In addition, you will have 2 full bathrooms, which guarantees privacy and comfort during your stay.



The TV room is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals just like at home, including washer and dryer for your convenience.



The building has parking inside the building, which gives you peace of mind if you come by car. Please note that access is via an elevator card that you will need to take care of throughout your stay and leave in the apartment at the end of your visit.



Guest Access:

They have access to the entire property. No guests are allowed in the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation has been made, it is not possible to reduce the number of guests or nights. We do not use heaters or air conditioning in Mexico City.



*In Mexico City we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend to be aware of the weather forecast and pack accordingly with the clothes that best suit the weather :).



*Mexico City has experienced drought. In case of a possible water shortage we will be attentive at all times.



*We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
