Great customer service and clean, specific hotel was great but I will be very careful next time I booked with ULIV chain. Confusing to book because I stayed in this AR 218 ULIV for 3 nights and then my plan was to stay 5 other nights closer to Roma norte so I booked with another 2 ULIV hotel chains and got the same notification reminder for those 2 in the same whatsapp message, (but each hotel works separately) I thought I had cancelled one on time because I was only getting one reminder notification for my 2nd stay, but because I didnt cancel one on time I had to paid 1 full night extra.

This was my second time staying at AR218, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—central, convenient, and close to everything I needed. AR218 is an ecellent choice. It is located in a wonderful and safe part of the city. It was clean and the staff was attentive. Having a washer and dryer available at no cost helped mitigate the need to pack excessively. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to CDMX!

Solid lodging option in a great location at a good value. Quiet building away from street noise, well appointed, comfortable bed and good climate control. Didn't share any of the same complaints as other reviewers in our unit (#48). I could see how sound could travel within the building as there are no carpets to dampen sound but we never experienced that. Terrific location in the heart of La Condesa with a Starbucks and nice plaza just outside the lobby.
