Es un departamento nuevo y cómodo, que cuenta con todo lo necesario para tu estancia y ademas tiene una terraza pequeña en la cual puedes platicar con tu acompañante, fumarse un cigarro, tomar un cafe, un te, un vino, leer un libro.

Es muy céntrico pues esta a 10 minutos del Centro Histórico, Bellas Artes, colonia condesa, roma y 20 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México.

Hay suficiente transporte público pues a tres calles se encuentra la estación del metrobus Centro Scop, a unas calles se encuentra el metro Xola, A dos Calles de la línea 2 del Metrobus, del Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas, y encontraras a tres calles el Banco Banamex, Scotiabank e Inbursa.

En la Colonia y Alrededores encontrarás Restaurantes, Cafés, Bares, Mercado, lavanderia, parque y Farmacias.
