The room is basic, cleanliness could improve as we had a few stains on things around the room. However, cleaning staff were so friendly and always helped when asked. One thing that needs to be looked at in my opinion is that the wifi was really bad for most of our stay, it would cut out all the time and not work. Other than that it was a good stay and would stay again.

I have 2 observations: 1 - I just don't know there is a remodelation on going and our room and/or floor is outdated 2 - Checking out in a rush early morning with a taxi waiting and left the key with another front desk (Unique, instead Business) and the front desk person don't want to take it, he say his name is Jesus. Toilet fill mechanism stopped working. Notified desk but it had not been repaired at time of checkout over 24 hours later. I know how the mechanisms work so I was able to fill the tank manually. Shower and sink in this room drained poorly.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The sheets in my room were dirty upon arrival, which was an immediate red flag. Worse, I ended up getting bitten by bedbugs during the night—a serious issue that no hotel should overlook. While the staff were polite and seemed to do their best, it was clear they were working with poorly maintained facilities. The laundry machines were in especially bad shape, and it looked like cleanliness and upkeep weren’t being prioritized overall. This place has potential, but until the owners invest in proper maintenance and cleanliness standards, I cannot recommend staying here.

There were stains in the carpet and some parts of the bedding. The system to control the window shades and ac was not working and the staff never tried to fix it. The people at the front desk refuse to give us a second key when we requested and no real reason was given. Several small problems like old scratchy towels made the experience disappointing for the price tag of this hotel.
