2150 sq ft fully equipped duplex PH. Located in one of the best areas of CDMX. Two bedrooms with walk in closet. A total of 3 full bathrooms and one half bath. You can walk everywhere and find everything; parks, top restaurants, shops, convenience stores, coffee shops, bars, nightclubs, etc. Perfect for long stays. 24/7 security in a very quiet building. NOT A PLACE TO HAVE PARTIES. We treat the place with a lot of respect and we expect the same from our guests.
The space
On the first floor you will find the living/dining room, a large balcony. The kitchen which is super large and fully equipped and connected to the laundry room also fully equipped.
You will also find a bedroom with a queen bed with twin trundle, smart tv, a walk in closet and its own full bathroom. Additional to the bathroom inside the room there is also an extra full bathroom and a half bathroom. (A total of 2 full bathrooms and one half bathroom on the first floor)
On the second floor is the master bedroom with a walk in closet and its own full bathroom. The bed has an award winning orthopedic mattress and bamboo sheets (Get ready to sleep like a baby) also a smart tv with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, HBO, Apple tv and Disney + in addition to a super large terrace. (The terrace at the moment is not in the same condition as the photo taken in the summer, since the winter and the heavy rains and winds in the city have affected the plants a lot)
The apartment in general is a super cozy space with the best energy, perfect for resting or working. The different spaces make it possible for there to be total privacy between guests. The building is super quiet, you won't even notice that there are neighbors. The doorman are very friendly and always on the lookout.
The building has 24/7 security.
Access to the apartment is with a code, not keys.
The apartment also has a washer and dryer in its own laundry room.
In the kitchen you will find spices for cooking, two coffee machines, Nespresso capsules, coffee beans, sugar, cleaning supplies, napkins, glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, pans and everything you need in a kitchen.
In all the bathrooms there is paper, towels, facial towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
In the two rooms there are also extra towels, sheets, pillows and blankets.
It also includes 2 inside parking spaces.
Perfect for long stays and if you are planning on stay long we also have a luxury walk in closet available upon request.
