Great stay, except for the check out

Nice apartment, new and clean, great location. Host Hugo is very meticulous, precise person. He'll provide you lots of informations about surroundings and double check on the contracts. As specified on description, daily cleaning costs 20USD. One thing I did not like was checking out. I told him that I would check out at 10am, but he did not remember, so I had to wait 30 minutes. He wanted me to leave the key inside the room, but the gatekeeper did not let me pass without the key, so I had to go back and take a picture of the key inside the room. Host told me that I can keep my baggages at a cafeteria, but it was inside the building, where you can not access without the key, so I had to carry my bag next six hours.
