Room does not have heater, it was cold. Shower doesn’t have door so the bathroom floor kept getting wet. Toilet and sink were clogged. Food in restaurant was bad and expensive. Not a pleasant stay.

Slow check in Breakfast juices bottled and they don’t recognize it. They repeat that they are natural. Very expensive continental to push people to buy the buffet which is about $28 US. Don’t go there. There is a small coffee place at the lobby which is better and more honest.

Excellent stay. Walking distance from the airport. We got an upgraded room which was a great detail. The Mexican restaurant on site was spectacular and grateful it was open late because check in took about an hour.

Cold night no heat in room. Buffet on 8th floor was subpar with lukewarm food.Toilet wouldnt flush asked for a plunger never showed up. Lock in bathroom didnt work.when you take a shower the water goes towards the toilet and towards the bathroom door have to put a towel down.i can keep going on more things wrong but no point wont stay again and suggest for no one else to stay
