Hotel has a great location on a relatively quiet street. Spacious rooms. At check in your kind of on your own if you speak English. Had to use Google Translate to get questions answered. We liked Capitolia Hipodromo overall. However, we had an issue with getting hot water to the shower. Sometimes it would take over 5 minutes to get hot water, which is quite wasteful. On our last night upon returning after a hot and sweaty day, we couldn't get hot water at all. I hope they can get this issue resolved soon.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, and the front door staff were very kind and patient. My only feedback is that there weren't enough of certain supplies in the room (i.e. not enough towels for three guests, only 1 roll of toilet paper, etc.). It would be great if there could be more of these available or it made clear in the listing you need to provide your own.

Room was cute and decent good size for one person bathroom is very very small bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The rest of the unit was clean. Staff was very accommodating and nice. However for 3 1/2 days they did not allow you to get an extra set of towels or more toilet paper One of our rooms. The drain was clogged and the toilet seat wouldn’t lift up all the way so the toilet seat cover kept hitting our backs. In a very good area, would I come back and stay again, most likely not.

The location is good. The street is walkable and near groceries stores, pharmacies, restaurants. The receptionist were helpful. The bed was large and the apartment is quiet spacious with 3 different TVs. However, the fridge is small and I like a big fridge. Also, there needs to be an air conditioning in the living room. For now, the air conditioning is only in the bed room. Other than that, everything else is good and I recommend !
