Great find in Roma Norte!

Casa Cibeles was the perfect place for our seven night stay in Mexico City! Great location, and the 24-hour concierge was friendly and very helpful. Clean, comfortable (but firm) beds, beautiful rooftop view, air conditioned and free laundry! So glad we found this property.

No hot water in the building!!! Every day, we had to ask, where is the hot water? Weird behavior with towels. They kept want to charge us towel replacement if there was dirt on the towels. So so annoying.

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay here!! Great neighborhood and safe location. The staff was extremely helpful and helped us book experiences and transportation during our stay. Housekeeping was phenomenal and went above and beyond. Our only complaint is that we wish there was a full size mirror

I had a really poor experience staying here. After arriving from a long flight at 9am, I requested an early check in in person at the hotel. I was dismissed by a man at the front desk. No effort was made at all to help accommodate an early check in and I was treated very rudely for asking. Normally, hotels help to accommodate guests as check out time is 11am, so usually a room can be made available by 2pm. No effort was made at all and instead I was treated very poorly. I would not recommend staying here.

Had such a great stay at Casa Cibeles! The room was spotless and very spacious. The front desk team was super helpful, friendly and very responsive with email and WhatsApp communication! The location is very central to so many great bars and restaurants! We will stay here again.

Casa Cibeles is a beautiful, modern property in the Roma Norte area of Mexico City. It’s centrally located to many restaurants, a grocery store, shops, sights, with easy access to transportation. The property is clean, well-kept, and has many amenities and supplies that made my stay very comfortable. The management and staff were very friendly, accommodating, communicative and spoke English fluently. The only thing to be aware of for families or those with auditory sensitivities is that there is a nearby nightclub neighbor and depending on the night and the location of your room you may hear music until they close around 1-2am. I highly enjoyed my stay and will return in the future.

Casa Cibeles review

Noise and vibration from night clubs in front and below the hotel makes it difficult to sleep late into the morning hours. The hotel provides ear plug, which are not sufficient to quiet the noise and don't do anything about the vibration. The lock on the sliding door to outside balcony was broken. The location of the hotel is great, and it is a new and clean building. Unfortunately, the noise and vibration from the night clubs made it into enjoy our stay (or sleep comfortably).

The Best Possible Stay in CDMX

This is an amazing property. Apartotel with all provisions, huge room, giant king bed, wiiiide screen TV, modern furniture, a full kitchen, and amazingly modern and convenience bathroom. Wooden floor and the balcony just made it feel Luxury. Then there is the receptionists (all three of them) who are like friends from the beginning. Then, to top it all of, it might just be on the single best spot on whole of Roma/La Condesa neighbourhoods. It has been ages since I went anywhere where I have ZERO complaints. This is the place to be.
