This place was wonderful! A beautiful rooftop with 24/7 coffee and water available, breakfast with a spread of fruits, cereal, and pastries, and super friendly and helpful staff. I left something behind in my room, and the staff was quick to reach out and arrange options for it being returned to me. Would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at Casu Decu! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. There is no Aircon as it's an old building but they provided a fan so it wasn't a problem. The continental breakfast was good, there was a good selection of fresh fruit, cereal, bread and pastries. There was dairy free milk which I really appreciated as a vegan. You could order extras at a small cost too. It was served on the rooftop terrace, it was so nice having breakfast on the rooftop in the morning sun. The hotel is in a great location for bars and restaurants with good transport links. We made use of the metro or got Ubers to places. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting CDMX!

The hotel is in a converted old classic building, so it is no surprise that sound insulation is no great. I could hear the unfiltered poppy barking from the neighboring building. The hotel door was managed by an old gentleman, he could a bit more friendlier or welcoming. There was pouring rain while I was departing the hotel, he didn’t even offer to use an umbrella to shelter the rain while I was walking out to the Uber in the front.
