Beautiful 5-star Hotel Boutique. Best location in Mexico City and outstanding service from all the staff. I will definitely recommend this place and visit again in my next trip to Mexico City

I booked the hotel and the hotel was closed! Like literally close. I spent 1 hour outside the location waiting to someone to come out. Even the Police came since they where passing by. Trying to get a refund now! Don’t book! They might be bankrupt and just collect funds before announcing it.

Mayor atención a sus redes sociales

Buen y agradable lugar, perfecto para viajes de negocios. Como recomendación deberían atender mejor sus redes sociales (no están actualizadas) y no anunciar servicios que no cumplen (como ir al aeropuerto por los huéspedes, me quedé dos días esperando una llamada para confirmar y al final tuve que usar el taxi del aeropuerto).
