I had a wonderful time at Casa Olea. The staff was always friendly. The place was well organized very safe and comfortable. It was located in a quiet area of Mexico City a bit away from everything else but not too far. We always felt very well looked after at Casa Olea. They also are a short trip to and from the airport.

Had such a great stay at Casa olea. stayed with family for about 5 days. We had housekeeping everyday till our last day without having to request for it. The staff were extremely kind and caring. Seems like a fairly new hotel so everything was spot on clean and room looked great. The only thing I will say was needed was a microwave in the room; only because I have little ones. Although if you need food heated you can ask the staff but will be more convenient to have it in your room instead of bothering them. We did travel during a hotter season in MX so it was warm most of the night but they do provide a power fan that helped. Transportation wasn’t far from most touristic spots we visited. Overall Will consider coming back! Thanks again!

Our stay was wonderful! The staff are friendly and warm, and though we didn't speak any Spanish (google translate to the rescue) they were able to help us with any Qs we had and went above and beyond. Ask for a fan (it gets warm at night). We had a room with a balcony, and the balconies are shaded, comfy, and you hear so many birds. Ridiculous to find so much greenery in the middle of the city. san rafael is a great area, very safe, and close to main areas. Amazing coffee shops and street food all around, including michelin-star tacos. PS—If you're booking a tour, I recommend booking through the hotel. We accidentally booked a different one, and even though the tour promised english-speaking tour guides, the driver who was supposed to pick us up at 4am didn't, and it was a lil stressful. We loved our stay 10/10!
