Do not book this property. I should’ve listened to the other reviews. The host does not communicate and there is nobody on-site to help in any way. They promised check-in instructions but I didn’t get anything until 9pm the day of check-in! Which means I was stuck on the street! When I finally got in, I found the place to be very poor quality. One of the lights in my room did not work, the toilet barely flushed, there was mold all over the bathroom, the hair dryer did not work, and the shower door was broken and I could not shower without water flooding the bathroom. I contacted them and Expedia and none of them were apologetic or cared to do anything. Horrible experience. Very much regret booking this place.

This is not a 'whole apartment' as advertised on hotels.com. I had the tiniest room ive ever stayed in with one tiny window, accessed from the courtyard, while the kitchen, dining room, and living room are shared spaces with all other guests. My room also had a boiler in it, open to the air, which seems to constantly trigger for the surrounding rooms. Do not stay in this place if you can avoid it, especially in room 3. To the owners, that room should have been kept for storage.

I’d like to start by saying that the place had a great location. It’s about. 20 mins walk to la reforma and bosque de Chapultepec, also condesa is filled with a lot of venues. However, the first issue I really had was not receiving emails from them, when I did I was told that I would receive an email explaining how the check-in process will be since no front desk is available at the property. The day I had to travel arrived and I still hadn’t receive the procedure to check in, since a contact was available I had messaged them through WhatsApp and was told that the procedure to check in will be emailed around 2 or 3 pm since check in time is at 4pm. I arrived at Mexico CDMX at 3:30pm and I still hadn’t received the email. So I kept trying to call them and messaging them, however I didn’t get the instructions to check in until around 4:30pm. Then, the blow dryer in the bathroom stopped working and so did the main light in the room, other than that the ambiance at the property is very chill.

Tiene una bonita cocina compartida y amplia también un comedor grande. La habitación tal vez necesita algunos detalles pero por el precio se me hizo bien, si volvería

Mala idea de alojamiento, Sucio y muy mal olor

El lugar cuando llegamos estaba muy sucio, desde cabellos en el lavabo y dentro de la cama, las sábanas no parecían limpias, desde un inicio chequé las reseñas en Google y todas parecían alertarnos pero como no me reembolsaban, decidí darles una oportunidad la cual me arrepiento, el lugar guarda mucho los olores de baño y drenaje y no hay circulación en las habitaciones, casi nunca me quejo pero esta vez si se pasaron, fue una experiencia muy mala el quedarnos aquí, NO los recomiendo ( no me deja cargar todas las fotos )
