Friendly and helpful staff, was surprised by the expensive security deposit and lengthy contract, room could have been cleaner when we arrived, but overall a pleasant stay in a nice area!

The room was great, very clean, well stocked etc. The staff however are NOT friendly at all. They don't greet you and they're not helpful one bit. It's a shame, I really like the lication and the cleanliness but I will not stay here again because of the staff.

This property was very well located with plenty of dining options withing walking distance, theres also plenty of night life. I highly recommend this property if youre planning on visiting Mexico City. I will stay here again. If there is one thing i would have liked is that there was a tv in the bedroom. There was only a tv in the living room area and the couch is not big enough for 2 people.

The apartment set up and location were ideal for our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue is that our AC broke during the weekend and we didn't get it serviced till the following Monday. The windows were also thin and let in street noise.

The room was spotless, and I loved the high quality of kitchen ware. Even the pots were stainless steel! and the knives excellent and SHARP!!! big fridge, comfortable bed. I like to to cook healthy food when traveling, the cookware is very important to me. The shower water pressure was great, plenty of hot water. Nice big windows, and a little balcony. Good quality washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again, the location is excellent. Staff is very helpful.

Wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect. Close to resturants downstairs and walking distance. Bakery called Gala panaderia close by and a nice urban/r&b bar called Musak around the corner. Hot yoga accross the street. Private Hospital accross the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, staff were all kind and amazing, and I appreciate the breakfast coffee and bread. The only downside is the noise on the street, since it’s right across the hospital it gets pretty loud at night, I was staying at room 404. I would definitely recommend this hotel though because the location is so great and it had filtered water in the room!!

Everything you need for a stay - coffee and some Cereal and yogurt in the morning included is good. Bit noisy occasionally if you stay in the road side but did not decrease me enjoyment
