We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and it was nice and quiet. Room service was excellent, and I was able to book a same-day facial appointment. While the pool area could use some cosmetic updates, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay. The Jamaica margaritas were absolutely delicious.

The room was clean. Reception was great Denis and Andy were great. I will definitely come back to this hotel. The only issue I had was with the restaurant service. It was bad. I understand that it’s a busy place, but the waitress never came over to take our food order, so we paid for our drinks, and left.

Santa Fe is a neighborhood that you have to go only for work, their are to many buildings and is far away the International Airport of Mexico City. The hotel is very nice, and clean. they have very good breakfast is a buffet. the staff is helpful.
