The best place and building to stay in CDMX Condesa. Cozy Condo with good light. 24/7 security, parking, Valet Parking, Roof Top with heated pool and the best view of the España park! Also Snack Bar with service at your door from 11am to 6pm. Outdoor gym located on the Rooftop!!

Wifi 500MbpsThe Condo has good spaces, good height and a lot of light comes in through the windows. The living room is made of leather and comfortable, the kitchen is equipped for cooking with a large refrigerator. Washer and dryer in the apartment. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. It has a walk in closet. The shower has very good pressure. Shampoo, soaps, body cream, etc. are included.

The secondary bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. Both bedrooms have very good light. The secondary bathroom also has good water pressure, towels, shampoos, etc.Blackout blinds.The Condo is in front of España Park and 1 block from Mexico Park. You can do everything on foot or by bike. You can also take the Turibus to visit the tourist areas of the city. The Metrobus is 2 blocks away on Avenida de los Insurgentes. For longer distances you can use Uber, Didi or Beat. Prices are cheap.
We have free valet parking, you just leave your car and they park it in the assigned space located on the -3 floor of the parking lot.
