Very clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Cleaning staff would often notice us leaving the room, and would ask if we needed anything or go tidy up as soon as we left. Being inside of a small mall was also very convenient for some shopping and dining options.

The hotel is very hard to find. The cab drops you off at a little mini mall and you have to roll your suitcases across the mall to find the elevator to the hotel. The hotel lobby once you get there is lovely. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean. The restaurant was closing when we arrived so we got room service and the food was good.

Breakfast was great! The only thing I would say is if you are going for the first time the website doesn’t really explain their shuttle service too much. Turns out they have a mini store inside the airport and that’s where you go to get your shuttle. Other than that, everything else was amazing! Friendly staff, good overall service.

This is a nice hotel with good sized rooms. Our view was out the back, but other rooms had a great view. The room are quiet. The restrooms are limited size and the shower is very small and the shower head was leaky. The restaurant was very slow in service and on two occasions gave us faulty orders. It is very hard to get the airport shuttle (you have to contact them inside the arrivals hall). It runs once per hour in most cases :30 after from the airport and at the top of the hour from the hotel. Given Mexican traffic this is subjects to conditions.
