Shower unsafe. needed a non-slip mat and grab bars. The yellow resort wristband needed a velcro attachment to remove when going outside of the resort... ridiculous to have to wear it in town. Some steps didn't have handrails. Staff were super friendly. We loved the firm beds.

The room was extremely spacious, very clean and high quality bedding, and most of all I was appreciative of the free airport shuttle that is offered 24 hours and was extremely helpful for my 4AM flight. The property was well equipped with amenities and the pool area is also lovely.

Tha shower floor it's very slippery, the pressure at the shower head it's very weak makes it very difficult to rince ,i end out taking a longer shower in order to be able to remove the loose hair sticks in to my body while shampooing.
