Check in was fine except I asked about pool and Daniel said it was open from 9-9 but when I got all ready for pool it was closed.As I am Canadian I chose this hotel for the pool because I wanted to enjoy the last bit of sun.I decided to sit on my “balcony” which was about two feet in depth -no chairs -so dragged room chairs and then realized the balcony was filthy with dust. The room was also dusty although the junior suite upgrade as a gold Expedia member was greatly appreciated. There were workers banging outside my room in courtyard so I gave up.I went to have my one welcome drink-bar staff not welcoming-no smile -I asked for an aperol spritz thinking it was classified as a free refreshment but the bartender was searching around for ingredients and obviously had no idea how to make it (despite it being on menu)so rum and coke it is.My drink was not considered one of the free offers so $150 peso.Oh well. For $200 a night I was so hopeful this was going to be a semi luxury stay. Restaurant menu was okay-nothing amazing,restaurant loud and has echo-service ok.Hoping the included breakfast is good. Will most likely try a different hotel next year.

In general the hotel is nice and clean. But, if you are unlucky and get a room connected to another one and your neighbors talk or move around, you won’t be able to sleep at all. To me that’s a deal breaker. The reason I booked this hotel right next to the airport is to have some recovery sleep.

El hotel es muy bueno completo, la atención tanto de la recepción como del staff del restaurante y su buffet son 10/10, el area de housekeeping y el aseo en el baño está un poco regular, pero por lo demás todo fue muy cómodo, sin duda volvería.

Paid for a room with a view and a balcony. Received a room on the main floor behind the reception area. Main staff struggled to communicate with. The concierge did alot better. Suggested to dine at Wings. Breakfast for 2 - 2 orders of yogurt with fruit, 2 coffees and order of plain pancakes cost $46.00. Luckily met Alejandro and we toured for 7 hours for $134.00. Able to get milk cereal bread cheese ham fruit yogurt roasted chicken salads and chips and dip for $56.00 fed myself and mom for most of the week. Place very clean. Stay pleasant.
