This is a very interesting museum hotel. So much to look at of historical interest. We asked for a quiet room and it really was perfectly quiet at night, facing an inner courtyard. Great location in zona rosa. I would stay again.

Room noise is a big concern. We had a corner room, and at night there was constant music from the nearby night club, horns honking, people yelling, cars roaring. It could be because we had a street facing room. Otherwise, the remodeled room was decent - wood floors, lots of power outlets. We had water pooling on the bathroom floor from the shower, but I was able to solve it by angling the water towards the wall so it would stay inside the tub. Decor of the hotel is very cool, there was a private party in the ballroom almost every night. Gym facilities were decent. Lots of nearby amenities for food, pharmacy, 7-11 so the location was great and felt safe. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, but bring ear plugs!

Super clean rooms, super quiet, great staff, amazing hotel deco, beautiful hotel image, staff from the continental restaurant are super nice and polite. I stayed in 3 different hotels during my trip to Mexico and this is the only one that I will return every time I go to Mexico. I loved it!

The location of the room was next to the ballroom. The party on Friday didn’t end the loud music until 1:00. Yes I heard every beat, boop, and clomp of boots dancing. Afterwards the festival continued with lively conversation. Yes I was offered a move but for one night I thought it wasn’t worth it, until…daybreak had the ballroom conerrted to the morning breakfast. The cllappon of China, the early morning greetings and the smell of crisp bacon completed for a distasteful experience

The rooms have old carpets with stains and dirt, and they’re quite small. Plus, there’s no view. The staff weren’t very helpful at all; they didn’t even greet you. The only nice thing about being a luxury hotel is the lobby and the history of it. I’ll definitely come back just to enjoy the lobby and the restaurant, but I won’t be staying there. The location is very convenient, as everything you need—stores, clubs, bars, and shopping—is very walkable. Not what I was expecting.
