This was an apartment size room. Great location, surround by restaurants and good atmosphere. The room had everything you would need, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, table, living room and bedroom. Shower was great. Only complaint was that window doors were not sealed and all the outside noise came thru. No pool, just a patio area. Planning a Mexico City trip, I highly recommend it.

The staff was exceedingly helpful. We had a late departure and our bags were stored safely after the noon checkout until we headed to the airport at night. The suite was spacious and street noise was kept to a very tolerable minimum. Guests must bring coffee filters for drip coffee but happily Nepresso is supplied.

Very spacious apartment - lots of kitchen ware - worked great for us to have hot breakfast every morning. Location was ideal - easy walk to museums, restaurants, grocery. I would have given it a 5 star except that our room suffered from a lousy loveseat. Sitting on our bed at the end of the day was more comfortable than sitting on that sofa. Don’t let this dissuade you from booking here. It was a terrific stay and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Also - don’t expect much english spoken anywhere in Mexico City.

Room, garden, location very nice. Some staff could have been more helpful. We could not recommend the first floor, need to be higher up. Noise level was very high even with us on first floor. We had to ask people to be quiet after midnight. Should be in the rules. The doorbell & phone were loud in our room on first floor. We were refused to be given even a yogurt or fruit for our journey as we missed breakfast, even though they state they provide pastries daily.

Excellent location. The room was very comfortable; kitchenette and overall furniture's condition was practically new. Personnel was very friendly (as Mexican people are in general). Excellent location; walkable to popular and excellent restaurants. The same with shopping options. Definitely I´m planning to stay there again the next time I'm in Mexico City. The only "opportunity area" I would mention would be the complimentary morning coffee and breakfast station (coffee, tea, sweet Mexican bread; yogurt and fruit: either they served it too early and most was taken at that time and/or portions were scarce, because if you were down at 9 a.m., you didn't catch much. On weekends, as well, they only serve packed cookies.
