We enjoyed our stay. We were a family of 5 and there was enough space for us and we felt extremely safe. The bed in the master bedroom was the only problem because we could feel the springs making it hard to sleep, but we managed by. Communication with host was superior, we got instant replies and assisted us with our needs. If you are looking for a relax stay this is the place. There aren’t a lot of street vendors in this area so if that’s what you’re looking for I would suggest Roma Norte. Overall, we were pleased and will be staying here next time!

Pictures are NOT real, the apartment was dirty, not even close to the pictures shown. I traveled with my family and could not stay even one night. I had to leave to a hotel the same night we arrived, it was very dirty, 3 floors up with no elevator, we had big luggage and an elderly person so it was a problem for us. We were very disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND, it looks very nice in the pictures, but the pictures do not even match with the real furniture in the place, they have a small, old and very dirty couch, the beds were not very clean and the balcony in the back lead to an alley and did not close.

The pics that are on the website are nothing like the apartment. It’s old and in need of multiple repairs. Definitely needs an upgrade and need to change pics to show what you are actually getting. Scam!

Todo fue excelente tuvimos problemas con el check in, ya que entregaron tarde pero se comportaron super bien y nos compensaron en el check out… nos guardaron nuestras maletas mientras pasaba el tiempo, en general todo excelente muy bonito el depa y más grande de lo que se ve en las fotos y más bonito

Mala atención al cliente no dan la cara.

No me dieron los apartamentos que pagué y algunos sin lavadores y mal estado de los inodoros, las luces, sin ollas, muy mala comunicación y relaciones con los clientes.

Las fotos que publicaron no son la realidad del edificio que está en mal estado, ni el Departamento. A nosotros nos tocó el #3. El olor a cañería está por todos lados, desde la entrada al edificio hasta el departamento. En el Depto. no cierran las ventanas ni la puerta corrediza de la terraza que dan a la calle. La puerta no cierra por que el cable de la TV lo impide. Se siente inseguro. Aquí no permiten adjuntar fotografías. Hubiera querido mostrar algunas. Las toallas que nos dejaron parece que las usaron para trapear. En general la limpieza de todo el lugar es terrible. Nos entregaron el Depto. con el piso sucio de la cocina. Bastante desagradable. No lo recomiendo. Por el precio que pagué lo que esperaba era un lugar limpio y seguro.
