Staff in the hotel and cafe were so friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious each morning and we enjoyed the neighbourhood - quiet but well-located and with EcoBici bikes right outside the door!

Staff was so wonderful and helpful with suggestions for must do/see/eat in Mexico City. The room was also beautiful. We stayed in the Affogado suite and the private patio was the perfect place to have breakfast in the morning

Conveniently located near convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our stay included a free breakfast. Very quaint hotel kept very clean. Room was clean and well maintained. Be aware, there are 3 floors and no elevator.

Habitación en buenas condiciones, tal vez sería bueno alguna mesita plegable o algo para poner cositas. Todo estaba muy limpio y bonito. Edith nos estuvo atendiendo, súper buena atención y recomendaciones. También Reyna que nos apoyaba en la limpieza, excelente. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, ya que no se escucha el bullicio de la ciudad pero no está lejos de la zona céntrica. Que te incluya el desayuno del café que se encuentra en la parte de abajo del hotel es una buena amenidad. Definitivamente regresaría.

La estancia fue muy placentera, tuvimos un trato muy amable de parte de todo el personal de inicio a fin; nos toco una habitación con terreza con una vista muy bonita. Solamente como dato, a mi mamá le dió un poco de alergia el aromatizante que usan para las habitaciones, pero se le comentó al personal y después de hacer la limpieza, ya no utilizaron aromatizante. La verdad es que recomendamos mucho!! aparte esta en una muy buena ubicación si vas de visita o a trámitar tu visa, nosotras ibamos a las dos cosas. Quedamos muy contentas y esperamos regresar pronto. Me respetaron el precio que salio en la aplicación.
