This property overcharged me. I booked on Expedia and then had to pay additional fees. When we arrived the ladies at the check in counter were very rude. We were extremely tired from driving a long way and to have to deal with their arrogance was very disappointing. The bell-men were extremely helpful and the laundry facility women as well. However I can not say the same for the front desk women. Not kind or friendly at all. My room was not clean, there were items left on the counter from the previous occupant. The floors in the room were not clean. Only received one hand towel and one washcloth we had three guests in our room. I loved the location however I'm not sure I would return.

Beautiful historical area right behind the cathedral. Beautiful architecture and lovely staff. Our room was tiny (think cruise ship tiny) but clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to many shops, historical sites, restaurants, etc. High police presence so the area felt safe.

The staff service was excellent; they were attentive and polite. However, the bedroom’s wall is not thick enough; the first night we had an awful experience because there were children shouting and screaming as well as people talking very loud. Another night, the bedroom’s alarm got activated at 3am and we got scared and took off the batteries because we couldn’t turn it off and we did nothing to activate the alarm (we don’t smoke and anything was causing any smoke), we were just sleeping. Other than that, the experience was excellent, the place was always clean, the staff was excellent. We even used the transportation the hotel provide and it was excellent.

Overall very good experience.

our stay was very good. Very nice people at the front desk. The room very clean and understanding. I like that Lulu (our cleaning lady) follow our requests. The breakfast buffet also very nice.

Beautiful hotel right in the zolcalo area. It was under renovations but did not bother us at all. We stayed in the piramid building which is the newer area and was phenomenal. Everyone was super nice.

The hotel is in an excellent location and is very quiet. The staff were helpful. I did have several emails while staying at the hotel saying they were going to cancel my booking as they had not heard from me and as it was all in Spanish I had no idea what the emails contained. I was actually at the hotel and showed the receptionist and she had no idea why i had been sent the emails. I enjoyed my stay there

Whoever said coming to Mexico is dangerous needs to come to Mexico city. Every corner has 4 or more police officers. The hotel was clean, modern and close to the center of town. The only reason you will need a car is to get to the hotel or want to take a day trip to Puebla or another small town. There is so many stores around for anything you might need. Food is on every corner and delicious. The biggest sweet bread bakery is on the corner. Historical areas in view of our rooms balcony.
