The air conditioning was not working, the room service delivered the food very late and cold. We were going to give another chance and book again with them, but they need to do better. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean!

Where do I start. This hotel was in a perfect location close to the historical district & to zocalo. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and access to tour busses just steps from the hotel within walking distance. Staff was friendly, professional, and spoke English. I enjoyed the breakfast. The 5th floor balcony is relaxing in the evening. I will definitely be back.

Suite Quetzalcoatl 1515 was immaculate. Loved the bathtub. Was able to arrange a late checkout. They took care of us when my companion got a stomach bug. The telephone didn’t work to call front desk and room service. Amazing activities and free snacks and home made candies provided to guests during Day of the Dead.
