Clean room. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Complimentary water and coffee. Excellent location, but beware that traffic may be awful. Leave really early to fly out of MEX airport- add an hour. I only spent 1 night and was able to enjoy walkable tourism of Zocalo and historic centre.

We loved the area we stayed in, the hotel staff were great. Always helpful with anything we need or had a question about. I would definitely recommend. I loved that everything is walking distance. Our hotel room was very nice and clean.

Hotel location was great. It was close to all the sights we wanted to look at within the historic centre. The staff were courteous and helpful. The only main detraction was the broken room key lock. Each time we needed to access our room, we had to spend 5 minutes or more just trying to make it work.
