There was no heater, and the shower didn’t have a door, so water ended up everywhere. It made the bathroom really messy and uncomfortable.

El aire y la recamara están bien. Pero los vecinos tenían música fuerte desde las 5 pm a 5 am y borrachera fiesta en la recamara Los trabajadores no los pararon solo 1 vez llamaron por teléfono para decir que le bajen a las 3 am pero al decirle al front desk no hicieron nada más y no pudimos dormir toda la noche Podría haber sido evitado y 5 estrellas si los hubieran callado ya que es rudiculo a las 2,3,4 am dejarlos hacer fiesta

No AC in the rooms so I would not book it for the summer. The sun shines hard on the side of the building facing the street so the room bakes during the day. (Ask to change) the WiFi is not good but the place is centrally located and their is really no need for a rental everything is walk able

This hotel is a great value for the area but it is definitely bare bones. I personally would love to see better sustainably efforts, I practically had to argue with the staff about not needing my towels washed or my soap thrown away daily. It would save the hotel money too if they made a few small eco friendly changes.

Check in was easy. The room was clean. The bed was a bit too hard. The place has thin walls. I stayed a few nights and had to contend with noisy neighbors. I was also, disappointed that the patio in the hotels we at pictures was in available. The hotels location offsets uncomfortable experiences as it is located in Roma Nte and near a lot of cool restaurants and coffeehouses. The hotel is a short uber ride away from the center of the city. Overall, it was an affordable and nice stay.

Room had a very strong smell of cigarette, we asked to be changed to different room because my sister is asthmatic, and they refused to do so. We asked to borrow the iron board and they asked for my passport, like really??? Why would I take an iron board? Place is very far from Historic CDMX, and not the best neighborhood. If I had to stay in CDMX again, this place will Definitely be my last option
