The room and breakfast were good. When we checked in we were told we could only pay in cash or travelers checks because their credit card system was down. We got a very bad exchange rate because the only cash we had was dollars at the time. It just felt like there was something off. Also, it didn’t feel like this hotel was not anywhere near the airport like we expected.

Insanely loud traffic can be heard all night as well as noise within the building. This place may be conveniently located near the airport but it’s worth it to stay further away in a more comfortable hotel located near food options (convenience stores and restaurants).

The hotel was located in a bad area, and the room was clean but small. The girl who checked us in was smiling but indifferent; overall, not a good vibe in that hotel.... The security guy was very friendly and helpful, the kind of person who likes to help, but not the front desk; they help you because they have to.... not a good vibe.

Listen. It’s a room. I was hoping for a relaxing stay for my last night in CDMX, close to the airport because I had an early flight. I thought I’d go with a chain hotel so I’d know what I was getting. This is not the big chain hotel experience I was expecting from something like a Wyndham property. It’s more second rate hostel

Spacious room, very noisy location, nothing nearby late at night. Mediocre breakfast but kind staff and clean. Arrived very late and the hot water & coffee and tea and hot chocolate was a plus. Also a good 10 min taxi or uber from the airport.

Room was very noisy from traffic outside even my bed will shake every time a truck pass. Scary thinking it was an earthquake. Breakfast was almost empty at 8:30 and toke 25 minutes to refill.
