The hotel has no AC and the Rooms are so small the TV did not work, and after I notifiche the staff they didn’t do anything. Not Worth the price for me.

Hotish, but very good

Very economical and convenient hotel.. Room was hot with no cooling, the large fan made it bearable, a bit noisy, but was good.

The hotel was super nice and clean. Their breakfast was delicious everyday day they had something different to eat fresh fruit and coffee. The only thing I didn’t like that is an Alley behind Pizza Hut. There’s a a lot of restaurants around and cafeterias also the Zocalo is super close by to walk and so many stores to go shopping..

An ideal city hotel in Mexico city

This hotel was excellent for location being in the historic area. The staff were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable, with a good shower in the en-suite. Although , not a lot of floor space either side of the bed. Buffet breakfast was fine. This hotel offers excellent value for money, but note it is not a luxury hotel. We have booked to return there in a couple of weeks, so I would definitely recommend.

The location is close to important tourist sights , shopping , dining options from low budget to high end are numerous around the area , taxi/ uber is few steps from the hotel , clean and is generally safe with military presence due to it’s proximity to the presidential palace. Two concerns I have is that you can hear people talking at the waiting area since I was on the second floor and at least 2 or 3 homeless are based near the entrance, I never had issue with them ever but still it’s kinda scary when you go back late .

This is a great value for the money, the good are, it's very clean, includes breakfast with great food, super friendly staff, the property is in excellent condition. The bad, it is in a very unsafe location in a corner alley street, a little dark at night and several homeless people around.

No windows and no air conditioning in the room. I had to leave my door open to get air from the outside. Excellent location. Front desk is 24x7 and very helpful. Use Google translate to communicate, as most staff do not speak English.

Este hotel es el que más me gusta de la cadena de hoteles MX, tiene todo para ser una excelente opción, hay transporte cerca, lugares para comer, actividades turísticas y de todo, el staff es muy amable y siempre está atento a las necesidades, agua caliente sale muy bien y sin problemas, en las noches hay un poco de ruido ya que está justo en el centro pero no hay mayor problema, me encanta este hotel
