Disappointed with check-in Had confirmation of a double room. Had a local resident call the hotel to advise late check-in was required and acknowledged by hotel staff. On arrival and check in they had no double room available. Ended up getting two singles for first night (at the price of a double) and a double for the rest of our stay.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. I did not like the service in front desk. They charge a lot for extra guests and are not very good at customer service. We where 3 guests staying in a double room and they did not provide towels for all guests. I called front desk to request towels and shampoo and was told that housekeeping was changing staff. I waited and never received my request. Over priced and did not receive good service.
