No hot water the entire time (6 days), staff talk about me in Spanish assuming I don’t know, no trash can, air conditioner broken even though I only picked that room because it was promised. WiFi barely works, no tv remote until I had to beg for one. Very hard beds, harsh chemical smells of paint and paint thinner.

La suciedad desde el lobby hasta la habitación completamente sucio, sabanas sucias, cobijas embarradas de algo Amarillo sin Lavar, las toallas sucias y con un olor feo, todo super sucio, las alfombras de los pasillos se ve que jamás las aspiran Lena’s de basuras.
