The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean and had some updates. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to shopping, restaurants, landmarks and very safe.

If you are trying to rest and wake up late think about it twice. I stayed 2 nights had a late night, the next day in the morning I could hear banging on the doors and yelling from the housekeeper. I can hear the housekeeper knocking on everyones door asking if they needed towels. Horrible experience.

Breakfast not included in my reservation; I did dine at hotel with relatives on my first night, I forgot to mention the 20% discount, the waiter did not bother to inquire at the hotel reception; the service was good and the food tasty. They do need to update TV service; first room on 2nd floor was poor serviced, we complained and were moved to 9th floor, the room was excellent except the AC very noisy. Staff was excellent and professional. Hotel is very well located with easy access to different modes of public transportation.

The room was very clean. I didn’t deal much with the staff, but the air conditioning was not needed, but the heating took a while to get it going. I really wanted to leave a day early, but they would not give me a refund for the day that I didn’t stay even though I asked them days in advance.
