Excellent location. Convenient to Zona Rosa, Roma Norte and the Reforma. Room was clean and everything worked. Bed very comfortable. Had room fan for ventilation and temp control. Plugs convenient for charging. My room not facing the street was very quiet…except for plumbing use can be very loud from adjoining room when toilet flushed or shower utilized. Staff were helpful and professional. Elevators stopped working one afternoon but issue was quickly resolved. I used stairs and laundry/service elevator. Breakfast buffet was ok but I found the area restaurants a much better option for my taste. Will gladly return given location and price.

I didn't like the bell boy never asked if I needed help with my luggage, either when getting off taxi or to tak3 it to room.during the night too noisy, people going in and out of rooms. When someone uses the bathroom water makes a lot of noice..

This hotel location’s is super convenient. Close to Chapultepec park and lots of restaurants. Priced is reasonable for the accommodations. The hotel is a little outdated but still is comfy. The bellman was very attentive and respectful, as well as the receptionist and supervisor. We had a bad moment with the waitress that the hotel supervisor was quick to address.
