Room was nice and reception staff was friendly and did speak English to make sure we understood everything. The concierge ( Sorry I forgot to get his name) when we left on Sunday 1/22 morning is the best service I have ever had. When we realized most of the roads were blocked off for a parade and our Uber could not get to us, he called 4 taxi companies and helped us with our luggage for 6 blocks until we found an open road a taxi could get us. He stayed with us until we were picked up and on our way to the airport. He is a Life saver and will never forget his kindness and help that he offered.

Staff were nice. Room was lacking privacy. The bathroom door was almost see thru. Shower curtain was not clean. Worst coffee I ever had, they had a small brewer which was not enough for three guests. We could not charge anything to our room, we had to pay it right away. The entrance to the lobby was from street up the stairs!! I would rate it as a good 2 star hotel. There was no room service. We had to go down to reception to get more towels.

We have an incident with a lady in the restaurant who on a mean way she told us that we don't have to take the 2 creamers from the restaurant We returned them but, I work on customer service and rule #1 customer is always right and if the customer would like to do something that is not part of a regular process, you tell politely the customer that you would consult with your upper management. But not be mean, and screaming on you that we should not do whatever they think it's right I hope the hotel fires people with that behavior
