I really wanted to rate higher as I did think it was great for the value. However the rooms restroom had a foul odor throughout my stay I addressed it with front desk they didn’t seem to care. Overall the front desk staff seemed uptight especially the male ones. The pool bar staff were the best. I’d definitely stay again if they fixed the odor in rooms restroom #514

The front staff was very nice. The room was dirty and it was horrible they allow people like it was a cheap motel. ⁰ please run away of this awfulness hotel.

Great ambiance as well as the space of the rooms and amenities. The floor of the room however was not clean (feet got dirty on the first night) and staff could be a little bit more charismatic. Other than that it was great all around

It was a beautiful venue. Pool did not seem heated or it was too early to feel it (8:30am but opened at 7am). Couch in room had a stain, was worried I’d be charged so I took a pic. The staff was not as friendly as I’m used to from Mexico, seemed more aloof than attentive, at any given time of day.

The hotel, in the pictures, is not what it seems. We arrived very tired and they gave us a very dirty room that didn't have a mini-fridge or a hairdryer. My husband took a shower and the water leaked out onto the floor. We complained and they gave us another room. The other room was much better, but! The location is actually good and the Napoles neighborhood is very quiet, but the hotel isn't one of the best. It lacks a lot in terms of cleanliness and customer service. It's not one of the worst, but it's not one of the best either.

The hotel and room and roof top bar were very nice, as was the small plaza right outside the hotel with bars and restaurants. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room wasn't working at all for the 4 nights we stayed there, no other rooms were available supposedly, and the tower fan did very little to make the nights comfortable. One of the rooms was reserved for my mother and sister but it began to smell like human discard. The smell got worse with the humidity the room was filled with. The receptionist was quick to change us into a new room but this new room did not have a control to the AC. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. My room was great except for the water coming out of the shower. Overall great experience done by their staff.
